Three days in the service of the Chinese President
Last 31 March, the Chinese president, Xi Jinping, arrived in Belgium for a three day state visit. Brussels was the last stage of his European tour. A major event, it was the very first official visit by a Chinese head of state to the EU. The organisation thus had to be perfect.
A partner of the Chinese embassy for eight years, Modern Car Limousine Services was given an important role in all of the ceremonial aspects by managing the official travel of the Chinese delegation. Around forty vehicles were dedicated to the travel of the guests, where the grand finale was undoubtedly the inauguration of the pavilion in the Pairi Daiza safari park housing the two giant pandas loaned by Beijing to Belgium at the end of February for a period of 15 years.
